Partners Rodrigo Machado and Ricardo Madrona, alongside lawyers Natália Godoy, Renzo Lima, and Fernando Sant’Anna, advised EDP on the BRL 2.9 billion (approximately US$517 million) sale of hydroelectric assets to Engie Brasil Energia. The deal includes the transfer of two power generation companies located in the northern states of Amapá and Pará and is subject to approval by CADE.
