Partners Ricardo Madrona and Bárbara Monduzzi, together with lawyer Renzo Lima, advised Sabesp on the acquisition of 70% of the share capital of Águas de Andradina and Águas de Castilho, thereby consolidating full ownership of both companies. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions, including approval by CADE.
