Partners Luciana Felisbino and Rafael Malheiro, along with lawyer Marina Murad, advised Di Maro Cosmético Ltda. on the sale of 100% of Bioclean to Delly Kosmetic, part of Alfaparf Milano. The transaction includes the brands Depil Bella and Raavi, and expands Alfaparf’s footprint in the Brazilian personal care and dermocosmetics market.
With the acquisition, Alfaparf consolidates its position in Brazil, which now represents 14% of the group’s global revenue, and adds a second manufacturing plant to its local operations.
