Partners Ricardo Madrona and Rodrigo Machado, along with lawyers Renzo Lima and Natália Godoy, advised EDP Energias do Brasil on the BRL 2.96 billion sale of Companhia Energética do Jari (CEJA) and Empresa de Energia Cachoeira Caldeirão to Engie Brasil Energia.
The transaction, also involving China Three Gorges Energia, was highlighted by TTR as a major energy deal in Q1 2025.
