Partners Lidia Rossi, Ricardo Madrona, and Paulo Bento, together with lawyers Thiago Fiuza and Rafael Ladeira, advised Alianza on a joint venture with Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC to invest BRL 2 billion (US$342 million) in Brazil’s data center market. The transaction was closed on March 27, 2025.
The joint venture will pursue long-term contracts with hyperscale operators through build-to-suit and sale-and-leaseback deals. The transaction was featured in Latin Lawyer and highlights Madrona’s role in strategic infrastructure and tech investments.
