Madrona advised Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo (Sabesp), through its subsidiary Sabesp Participações, on the acquisition of the 70% stake in Águas de Castilho previously held by Iguá Saneamento for BRL 30.7 million.
Following the transaction, Sabesp Participações became the sole shareholder of Águas de Castilho, holding 100% of its share capital. The deal was led by partner Bárbara Monduzzi, with support from Renzo Lima, Fernando Sant’Anna, and Rafaela Avelar e Lima.
