Eduardo has over 12 years of experience in the legal field, with a strong focus on the electricity sector. He provides strategic legal advice across the sector segments, including power generation (including distributed micro and mini-generation), transmission, distribution, commercialization, and consumption of electricity.  

 

Eduardo offers specialized legal consulting, drafts legal opinions and memoranda, reviews and structures commercial contracts, advises on auction processes, and represents clients in judicial, arbitral, and administrative disputes before the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL).
