Eduardo Tristão
Tristão has outstanding performance in business real estate law, focusing on contracts and corporate law. He actively participates in real estate transactions of direct purchase and sale of urban and rural real estate property, advising individuals, legal entities, investment and equity funds.
He also advises clients in raising funds for the development of real estate projects and is responsible for leading multidisciplinary structured transactions for direct or indirect real estate financing. He is recognized by the market as a professional who, in addition to technical expertise, manages to integrate the business vision and join it to the interests of the clients served.

The acquisition or lease of rural properties in Brazil by foreigners—whether individuals or legal entities—as well as by Brazilian companies controlled by foreigners, is subject to a complex set of legal restrictions. These include strict limitations on the size of the land, its geographic location (with particular attention to properties situated in border zones), and the intended use of the property.
