Fabio Alem
Fabio Alem leads and supervises international and domestic arbitrations, as well as strategic litigation, particularly in commercial disputes involving mergers and acquisitions (M&A), construction contracts, infrastructure, and sector-specific contracts such as sportainment and banking. His expertise has made him a frequent appointee as arbitrator by various arbitral institutions, further strengthening his reputation in the market.
Fabio has extensive experience in both extrajudicial and judicial restructuring processes, compliance investigations, and antitrust matters.
