Lucas Camargo
Lucas focuses on both advisory and litigation matters in labor and employment law, including complex disputes, executive compensation, labor aspects of corporate transactions, development of internal policies, and collective bargaining negotiations. He has extensive experience in designing compensation and benefits plans, drafting internal policies, conducting internal investigations, and handling litigation involving executives, labor unions, and the Labor Prosecutor’s Office.
Lucas also advises companies on immigration matters, including the definition of visa strategies and work permits for foreign employees in Brazil.
