He focuses on advisory services and litigation matters in international trade, intellectual property and international business.

 

In international trade, he represents clients in trade defense matters, tariff modification claims, and advises companies in their contracts, operations and international trade disputes. He has a solid track record that includes outstanding experiences in the Brazilian Diplomatic Mission to the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva and in the General Coordination of Litigation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as in a renowned foreign firm.

 

In intellectual property, he advises clients in various sectors on the protection of their intangible assets (trademarks, patents, copyrights, industrial secrets and others), negotiation of contracts involving these assets (development, licensing and transfer of technologies) and on the resolution of disputes in or out of court.
