Luciana is an attorney with extensive experience in M&A, private equity, commercial contracts, corporate law, and corporate governance. Throughout her career, she has advised both Brazilian and international clients from a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, providing strategic and tailored legal solutions.

She has a strong track record of leading M&A and private equity transactions, including acquisitions and sales of control, significant or minority stakes, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and alliances, business combinations, corporate restructurings, corporate governance matters, shareholders’ agreements, and general commercial contracts. Luciana is widely recognized by clients for her commercial insight and by peers as a leading authority in corporate law in Brazil.
