Luciana Felisbino
Luciana is a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in M&A, private equity, contracts, corporate law and corporate governance. Throughout her career, she has been advising national and foreign clients in various sector of the economy, including infrastructure.
She has a huge range of M&A and private equity transaction concluded under her direction, in the purchase or sale of control, relevant or minority interest, joint venture or partnerships and strategic alliances, business combinations, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, partner agreements and contracts in general.
