Patrícia Alvarenga

Patricia is recognized for her direct and strategic involvement in both domestic and international corporate transactions. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating corporate agreements in deals involving acquisitions or sales of equity interests, the formation of joint ventures, and asset negotiation transactions. Throughout her career, Patricia has participated in significant transactions in the mining, banking, transportation, logistics, and technology sectors. 

Her practice also includes structuring corporate governance frameworks and providing compliance guidance on corporate and regulatory matters, as well as advising and preparing legal opinions on complex corporate issues involving both privately held and publicly traded companies.
