With more than 20 years in the legal market in national and international firms, Roberto advises domestic and international players in local and cross-border transactions, including those involving publicly held and closed companies, asset sales, joint ventures, business combinations, corporate restructuring, foreign investment and other corporate transactions. Throughout his career, he has actively participated in transactions relevant to the energy and infrastructure sector, and has been recognized in Brazil and abroad by several publications.

 

His work is focused on transactions involving various segments, such as energy, oil and gas, infrastructure, transport and logistics, food and beverages, insurance, real estate, automotive, and agribusiness.

Request for Reorganization of the Mover Group

On December 3, 2024, Grupo Mover petitioned for its reorganization before the Court of the 1st Court of Bankruptcy and Reorganization of the District of São Paulo/SP (Case No. 1192002-34.2024.8.26.0100) to restructure its financial liability, which reach R$ 29.2 billion (roughly USD 5 billion).
