Rodrigo Barata
Rodrigo is highly experienced in the infrastructure sectors, with outstanding involvement in transport and sanitation, as well as in mining. Barata has a vast expertise in guidance in the navigation of civil works, risk assessment, review of penalties and replacement of collateral.
He provides legal advice to national and foreign companies operating in regulated sectors, in infrastructure projects, such as concessions and public-private partnerships (PPPs), in project finance, contracts, bids and administrative processes. He has experience in privatization and corporate transactions in regulated sectors.
