Leonardo Birchal focuses his practice on dispute resolution and private infrastructure projects. His litigation experience includes strategic cases involving M&A, financial and capital markets, corporate matters, commercial contracts, concessions, and public-private partnerships. Leonardo also has expertise in advising on multijurisdictional issues related to Brazilian law and is recognized for his strong academic background and exceptional technical training. 

Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself in disputes involving valuation methods and models for companies and various projects, damage quantification in securities markets and construction contracts, uncovering fraudulent schemes in investment funds, shareholder buyout claims, termination of concession and PPP agreements, and breaches of non-compete clauses in football. On the advisory side, he is primarily dedicated to negotiating private contracts and structuring infrastructure projects, with significant experience in the agribusiness, oil and gas, steel, mining, energy, sanitation, transportation, logistics, and heavy construction sectors.
