Madrona advises Delicatessen on Coiote–MCA investment deal

Madrona Advogados advised Delicatessen Produção de Filmes on an investment agreement with the founders of Coiote Produções Cinematográficas and MCA Produções Cinematográficas, for a capital increase corresponding to a 40% equity interest in Coiote, which became the sole controlling shareholder of MCA as a result of a corporate reorganization carried out in preparation for the transaction.
