Partners Rodrigo Machado, José Senedesi Neto, and Luciana Felisbino, together with lawyers Henrique Volpato Maluta, Isabella Dal Fabbro, Natália Godoy, Juliana Rodrigues da Silva, Marília Sampaio Ribeiro Porto, and Larissa Landim, advised Jaíba Holding, a subsidiary of Auren Energia, on a 15-year energy self-generation agreement with Minasligas involving three SPVs of the Sol de Jaíba solar complex.
The agreement guarantees the supply of solar energy to Minasligas’ industrial plants and was highlighted by TTR as a key transaction in Brazil’s renewable energy sector.
