JBS and Viva Holding have entered into an agreement to combine their leather production, processing, and commercialization businesses into a new joint venture, JBS Viva.
The 50/50 partnership will consolidate operations across Brazil and several international markets, creating a company capable of processing more than 20 million hides annually.
Madrona Advogados advised JBS on the transaction, which remains subject to regulatory approval from CADE and customary closing conditions.
