Luiza Tângari

Luiza focuses her practice on transactions involving intellectual property and technology assets, including trademarks, patents, industrial designs, software, and copyrights. She is also active in matters of confidentiality, unfair competition, advertising, innovation, and the resolution of judicial, administrative, and arbitral disputes in these areas. 

Her experience further includes advising on international trade and data protection, delivering strategic and tailored legal solutions to both domestic and international clients. Luiza is recognized for her versatility and her ability to deeply understand clients’ challenges, consistently providing clear, objective solutions and conceptualizing key procedures for each matter. She is known for always putting the client’s interests first, being easily accessible, and supplying all necessary information for technical analysis. Beyond her technical practice, Luiza is actively involved in initiatives aimed at empowering women in the legal sector and contributes to discussions on female leadership both nationally and internationally, standing out as a reference in diversity and inclusion within the legal market.
