Marcos Ortiz
Marcos has extensive experience in tax litigation, standing out for his strategic approach in both administrative and judicial spheres, including representation before Brazil’s Superior Courts. His expertise is strongly focused on direct taxation, with particular emphasis on income tax matters for individuals and corporations. From 2008 to 2014, he served as a member of the Administrative Tax Appeals Council (CARF) and the Superior Chamber of Tax Appeals (CSRF) at the Ministry of Finance, representing the National Health Confederation (CNS).
Marcos is recognized for his high level of technical proficiency and commercial acumen, as well as for his robust experience managing complex tax disputes in both administrative and judicial courts.
