Practice areas

Roberto has more than 30 years of experience in Tax Law, with a strong focus on strategic tax advisory, tax structuring, and international taxation, including Pillar 2. Throughout his career, which included work in consulting firms from 2021 to 2026 he has advised domestic and multinational companies on complex projects involving direct taxation, tax planning, and the implementation of efficient tax structures.

 

He also has extensive experience in leadership and in the development of tax practices within law firms and global consulting firms. He has led the implementation and management of teams dedicated to tax planning, tax advisory, and wealth planning, in addition to participating in technical and institutional initiatives related to international taxation. His professional background includes involvement in tax structuring and advisory projects for clients across a wide range of sectors, combining hands-on experience with a solid academic background and teaching activities in postgraduate programs in Tax Law.
