Leonardo Di Cola
Leonardo is highly regarded for his expertise in structuring and publicly offering structured investment funds, including Receivables Investment Funds (Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios – FIDC), Private Equity Investment Funds (Fundo de Investimento em Participações – FIP), and Real Estate Investment Funds (Fundos de Investimento Imobiliário – FII). He also advises on securitization through Receivables Certificates, debt transactions, and regulatory matters involving the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN).
